Procedure for Logging in to a Virtual Visit

1.  Please call the office at 508-435-7100 if you do not have a MyChart account activated yet.  Patients 13 years of age and older will need their own MyChart account to initiate TeleHealth Visits.  Please set this up ASAP to be sure you have access in time for your appointment.

2.  For all TeleHealth appointments, please use the MyChart App, not the online MyChart Portal.  Please sign in for the appointment 5-10 minutes before the actual appointment time in case there are any technical issues. The app is a red file folder with a heart, can be found in the App Store for your device. The first time you log into the MyChart app you will be asked to select an Organization, please search for “PPOC”. Log in using your username and password that was created using the MyChart portal.  You will then need to review additional important information about your upcoming appointment and complete Pre-Visit Validation ahead of the appointment.
